It will not have escaped your notice that the street lights from the start of the building work to the road's end at Hartwell View (including the roundabout) have been out for some time. This has been reported on "fix my street". We felt that there was probably little point in pressing this further while the contractors were digging up the road to put services into the new estate - not least because I suspect that it was that very work that caused the outage. Clearly it is a supply problem rather than a fault with that number of individual lights.
However, that work is now over. We had a useful e-meeting with a Bucks officer to discuss this (and a number of other issues in other parts of our ward) and he will now be progressing the issue with the relevant people.
We’ll let you know of progress!
